First Project

"No!" I shouted. Fahd was going to pour brown paint over our volcano. Mr Tan, our Social Studies teacher, had asked the whole class in groups of four, to do a project on a volcano. We had decided to go to Varun's house to do the project, and now Fahd was going to pour brown paint all over the volcano.

"Have some common sense. After all the effort we have put in, you are going to destroy the volcano?" I said.

"Okay, okay. I was just kidding," Fahd joked. We had done our project in an hour, and Fahd had paint all over him. He looked like a Red Indian. In order to make our volcano we had first covered a bottle with clay and molded it into a shape of a volcano. Next we painted the clay and lastly we made small trees and put them around the volcano. It looked really nice now.

The next day, we showed Mr Tan our project and showed him how it "exploded". He was quite impressed and we passed with flying colours!
